What are the clinic's operating hours?
We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Do I need to make an appointment, or can I just walk in?
Both walk-ins and appointments are welcome.
However, we recommmend making an appointment in advance to minimize wait time.
Do you offer STD testing and treatment?
Yes, we provide confidentialtesting and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) such as HIV, gonorrhea, chalmydia, syphilis, herpes, HPV, and more.
Do I need to prepare anything before getting tested for STDs?
Please avoid urinating for at least 1-2 hours before your visit. If you have recently had sexual activity, it's best to wait 2-5 days before testing more accurate results.
How long does it take to get STD test results?
-Some rapid test results are available within 30-60 minutes.
-Other lab-based tests may take 1-3 business days.
Will my test results be kept confidential?
Absolutely. All patient information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with medical ethics and health privacy regulations.
If I test positive, do I need to inform my partner?
While it's a strongly recommended to notify your partner to prevent reinfection, the choice is ultimately yours. We offer counseling to help you communicate with your partner if needed.
Is the clinic safe and private?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment apps such as PrompPay and AliPay.
