Flu symptoms

Influenza—commonly called the flu—is a contagious respiratory illness caused by influenza viruses. Unlike the common cold, the flu can strike suddenly and may lead to serious complications, especially in vulnerable groups like young children, the elderly, pregnant women, and people with chronic health conditions.
